Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order is placed. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 7 working days
- Express Shipping: 2 working days
- International Shipping: 15 working days
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking

International Orders
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred during the shipment. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Returns and Exchanges

Return Process

Refund or Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

- Exchange: If approved, we will ship the replacement item to the address provided.
